An automotive component manufacturer with sites across the UK and worldwide require a Customer Service Coordinator to control the customer and supplier portfolio and ensure on time delivery to the customer. The ideal candidate will have some experience with SAP and a background in manufacturing.

Salary: £26,000 28,000 p.a.

The Role
Reporting into the Logistics Manager you will have the following duties:
- Work with the customer to understand their plans and forecast.
- Follow SAP demand planning and maintain the schedules.
- Monitor and deliver departmental performance targets.
The Person
Educated to a minimum of NVQ you will have the following experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role in manufacturing (Automotive manufacturing advantageous)
- Some experience using SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Good attention to detail.
