Recruiting on behalf of a Software Company for a PSD2 Compliance Specialist based in Victoria, London. Reporting to the Head of UK Compliance Good regulatory reporting experience with specific focus on FCA reporting requirements. This will be a 12 month contract role paying £212 per day via PAYE (inclusive of holiday) or £275 per day via Umbrella.
- Responsibility for all UK regulatory reporting in accordance with our various Open Banking & Payments licences
- Manage (in conjunction with the Head of UK Compliance and senior compliance manager) 'high-focus' areas for the FCA such as regulatory reporting, customer complaints & notifications as per FCA and PSD2 guidelines
- Provide compliance advisory to the Firm in relation to new & existing regulated financial services products
