We're on the look for an Administrator, to join this really welcoming team based in Bristol. They're offering a basic salary of £24,500 per annum, with potential for this to increase after probation. For this role you need to be a real people person, that is able to build good relationships with colleagues, but whilst being able to remain professional at all times.
The role of Administrator involves:
- Supporting on the full internal recruitment process.
- Pre-screening potential candidates to join the company.
- Being part of internal interviews with the Management team.
- Researching and preparing of important documents such as contracts.
- Organising of company-wide events and activities.
- Managing the internal communications for the team including emails and phone.
- Keeping the office facilities up to standard and arranging repairs where needed.
- Recording information for internal meetings.
For the Administrator, you need:
- Previous experience within Administration, Customer Service or similar.
- An extremely professional and warming manner.
- Understanding of policies or relevant qualifications - however not essential.
