Temporary Receptionists to place with our clients. We work with market-leading companies across all industries including: Financial Services, Technology, Design, Property, and Legal - who often need stellar Front of House members on an immediate, temporary basis.

Our roles range from ad hoc, short-term, last-minute covers, through to longer-term and rolling temporary contracts as well as temp-to-perm hires.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Typically, Front of House Receptionists are responsible for:
- Creating a welcoming and warm environment including meeting and greeting all guests, clients, visitors, staff in a prompt and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Coordinating meeting rooms, including IT and catering requirements
- Supporting the team with administrative duties
