What You'll Do:
- Manage Communications: Respond to emails and calls promptly.
- Support Casework: Book counsel, open files, draft documents, chase responses, and handle payments.
- Court Prep: Coordinate trial details, prepare briefs, and assist in recovering client costs.
About You:
- Positive, motivated, and resilient.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- 3+ years of admin experience (legal preferred) and 2+ years using case management systems like Proclaim.
- Highly organized with excellent IT and prioritization skills.
