I am delighted to be partnering a growing business based on the outskirts of Felixstowe looking for an Accounting Manager
Duties will include:
- Making daily payments to non-credit suppliers.
- Arranging weekly/monthly payments to credit suppliers.
- Producing monthly customer statements.
- Managing credit control (shared with an Accounts Assistant)
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments.
- Transfer invoices to Sage.
- Raising customer invoices for some accounts, (shared role).
- Produce monthly management accounts.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Book keeping.
- Ideally worked in a shipping or similar business.
- Confident at running an accounts department, producing monthly management accounts, and be hands-on.
