10-12 month FTC - An exciting opportunity to support a thriving agency in delivering the events programme for a dedicated client!

The Company

This organisation work with some well-known clients in luxury auto, technology, healthcare and lifestyle sectors and offers both venue sourcing and event management services. They deliver a wide range of events including roadshows, conferences, awards evenings and sales meetings and work predominately within the UK with some projects being international, delivering both small and large scale events reaching numbers of up to 1,000pax.

They are now looking for a Senior Event Manager to join as an implant into their largest client within the construction industry.

The Role

As Senior Event Manager you will manage the full portfolio of events on this dedicated account and act as the lynchpin between the client team and the agency. Responsibilities include:

  • Embedding into and working as an extension of the client team
  • Working closely with the client on event requirements
  • Managing events from initial enquiry through to delivery
  • Preparing proposals based on the event requirements
  • Organising logistical requirements
  • Liaising with suppliers including venues
  • Supporting with VIP attendance onsite
  • Individual event budget management

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a solid event delivery background with a focus on corporate events along with exceptional stakeholder management and client management abilities. Candidates from a corporate client or agency background will be considered.
