PRODUCT ANALYST £400-£500 PER DAY (OUTSIDE IR35) 6 MONTH CONTRACT ECOMMERCE HYBRID (LONDON)
Harnham is excited to bring you a new opportunity to work with one of Europe's fastest-growing and most talked about eCommerce brands, who are currently looking for support from a Product Analyst on a customer journey optimisation project.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for generating actionable insights on the eCommerce site and app's customer journey. This will involve:
- Running A/B tests, incrementality and utilising amplitude
- Querying their Big Query database (SQL)
- Utilising Python for data extraction, manipulation and modelling
- Liaising with Product Managers to understand their vision for their product and running projects to support them in shaping that vision and bringing it to reality.
- Building dashboards and reports in Tableau to highlight key customer metrics
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Product Analyst will have the following:
- Experience working in product analytics, ideally within an eCommerce or Web/App-first business
- Strong SQL skills with exposure to Big Query
- Statistical background with experience running A/B tests (MVT, AB, Test & Learn, etc)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Python is desirable, as is DBT, Amplitude (or similar).
