Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 09:30-17:45

What you can add:
- Assist the dispensary and stores manager (and their deputies) to deliver a safe and efficient pharmacy service.
- Dispense in-patient, one-stop and discharge medication requests including stock supplies and distribution of drugs to wards and peripheral hospitals as per standard operating procedures.
- Dispense ward stock and TTO (to take out) controlled drugs, ensuring that prescriptions and orders conform to the Misuse of Drugs Act.
- Supervise the day to day running of distribution by managing assistants and ensuring the availability of appropriate levels of staff at all times and break times are monitored.
What you'll need:
- Professional Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- ACPT accredited or willing to work towards qualification
- NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Services or Equivalent
- Accredited Medicines Optimisation Technician or willing to work towards it
