PowerApps Developer Loughborough - Hybrid 3 days per week in the office
£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Full-Time 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic PowerApps Developer to join our client's dynamic team. This role plays a key part in enhancing business applications by developing and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You'll be involved in designing, configuring, and supporting PowerApps to streamline processes and add real value to the organisation.

About the PowerApps Developer Role:

  • PowerApps Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom PowerApps solutions to meet business needs, integrating with other systems as required.
  • Application Management: Take ownership of PowerApps configuration, ensuring they function effectively across the business. Manage technical aspects like security, user permissions, and ongoing application enhancements.
  • Support and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and implement effective solutions. Facilitate workshops to ensure successful adoption of PowerApps.
  • Change Management: Ensure a smooth change process by documenting updates, clearly communicating with teams, and adhering to governance and control standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through PowerApps, automating work-flows, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

About you as the PowerApps Developer:

  • Strong expertise in developing and configuring Microsoft PowerApps
  • Familiarity with related Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Experience managing application changes, updates, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to document processes and ensure applications are compliant with governance policies.
  • Collaborative and inclusive mindset, able to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in suggesting new solutions and enhancing existing systems.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
