Customer Service temp urgently required - £13.63 per hour. Hybrid.
Working 40 hours per week. 8.30am to 5.30pm. Annual salary equivalent is £28 350.
Working 2 days (Tues and Weds) in the City office and 3 days remote, from home.
With a large finance firm.
You will be confident, reliable, positive and have a natural flair for delivering top level customer support to customers. You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
This role will involve responding to a high volume of calls and emails in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills with a clear telephone manner are important.
Some knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools is a plus.
