Transport Planner required for a global logistics company in Hayes, Greater London.

Salary can range from £30k-£33K depending on experience.
OT £3k plus shift pay.
4 on 4 off shifts - days and nights (12 hour shifts - 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off... then reoccurring).

Key activities:
- Production & Preparation of LHR Gateway paperwork and all related requirements for exports.
- Liaise with airlines, UK branches DGF Warehouse.
- CAA security protocols and processes.
- Achieve personal and operational targets and report any problems that may affect performance.
- Monitor inbound/outbound flights.
- Maintain accurate data on company systems.
- Contribute to safety and hygiene standards.
- IT Generalist knowledge - Windows, Word, Excel.
You must have an ability to pick up systems quickly and good communication skills: as well as analytical skills and advantages.
Security Regulated Agent training preferred but not essential as it will be given subject to relative references. Cargo wise system knowledge preferred but not essential.
