An Executive Assistant is required to provide comprehensive administrative support to 2 High Net Worth Individuals managing their personal investments.

They are a family office based in Manchester, Cheadle. They seeking a professional and business-minded individual to assist with the management of the family's affairs. The office currently focuses on managing investments, real estate, legal affairs and personal lifestyle management.

Description

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

Financial Management: Assist with the monitoring and management of family investments, budgets, and expenses. Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.

Estate Management: Coordinate with property managers, contractors and other service providers to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of family properties.

Legal and Compliance: Assist in coordinating with legal advisors to ensure all family affairs are managed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Profile

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a family office or high-net-worth environment.

Professionalism: Impeccable professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and financial management.

Organisational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
