TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in Great Yarmouth. This is a full-time role, starting immediately and running for the remainder of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons for Year 1 students
- Support and nurture children's learning and development
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students
**Ideal Candidate:
- Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) in the UK
- Strong knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum and teaching strategies
- A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
