Job Purpose
- Preparation and finalisation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited companies.
- Preparation of tax computations for the same portfolio.
- Review of VAT returns prepared by the client.
- Leading audits for Limited companies.
- Supervising junior staff, including review working and knowledge sharing.
- Build trusted client relationships as their main point of contact, proactively handling queries.
- Champion your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities.
- Work directly with the Manager to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.

The Successful Applicant
- ACA or ACCA qualified with previous experience in practice.
- Or AAT qualified and studying towards ACA/ACCA or with a desire to begin study.
- Study support can be provided where needed for the right candidate.
- Experience leading audits from planning to completion.
- Adept at the preparation of statutory accounts.
- A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously.
- Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Good awareness of current affairs and solid commercial acumen.
- A can-do attitude and a proactive problem solver.
