About the role
We are a team of people who love and look after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world. We create space for spirits to stir and be stirred.
As a charitable organisation, our members are essential to our growth and to achieving our strategy. In this role, you'll be supporting the Member Retention Executive and working closely with other internal stakeholders to deliver compelling member communications and engagement content to encourage new and long-term members to make the most of their benefits and to keep supporting our cause.
This will include developing our member events programme, supporting the delivery of our Inside Story magazine three times a year, and assisting with creating and delivering all member communications (print and digital).
About you
You will have experience of working in an Events, Marketing or Membership team, preferably with content creation or email marketing experience. This is an exciting opportunity to support a new strategy, and so your organisational and communication skills, as well as having a keen eye for detail, are very important. This role would suit a quick learner with lots of initiative who can help us to get members excited about visiting Historic Royal Palaces.
