Our client, a prominent player in the home water systems industry, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Call-out Engineer to join their team in Oxford. With a mission to redefine home water consumption, they offer cutting-edge technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Package:
- Basic Salary: upto £27,000 per annum
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Varied workload on a call-out basis
- Monday to Friday
- Opportunities for overtime and bonuses
Duties:
As a Field Service Call-out Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to rapid response jobs promptly and efficiently
- Completing all assigned tasks with accuracy and professionalism
- Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs as required
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and quality service
- Managing workload effectively to meet service level agreements
Requirements:
- The right candidate will be flexibility to work on a call-out basis (still within normal working hours on permanent bases), with some days potentially busier than others
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in field service or a similar role
- Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks and technical troubleshooting
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
