The Role
In this role no two days will be the same. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be learning the ropes and getting to grips with all things Recruitment. You'll be partnering clients and supporting candidates in recruitment market to find the perfect fit for them.
- Learning how to work alongside clients and create strong relationships.
- Understand what candidate pipeline is and how to develop it.
- Finding your niche and learn about a sector that you'll recruit in on behalf of our clients.
- Understanding the client and candidate life cycle.
- Providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
We've found that hybrid working suits our colleagues best. Monday to Wednesday you'll find us in our Holborn office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.
