Come join our team at the ICAEW in Milton Keynes as an Assessment Administrator, this is new role working on a 12 month full time contract. In this team your role is to provide support for the ACA Certificate/ Fundamental Level in all its operational functions.

Role Profile

This role is to provide support for the ACA Certificate/ Fundamental Level in all its operational functions. To become knowledgeable to support student and system queries and maintain and update processes. They demonstrate a full understanding of the risks involved and the necessity for confidentiality in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the development of ICAEW examinations.
  • Responsible for reviewing and proofing exam questions, in accordance with ICAEW's quality assurance processes when necessary.
  • Effectively deal with all Certificate Level queries.
  • Responsible for the CFAB and Insolvency qualification certification issuance process.
  • Organise and take notes at meetings and conferences, as and when required.
  • Organising Student moderation events and providing support on set date to monitor students.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

  • High level competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrate confidentiality in all aspects of their work.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, C or above.
