Due to increased and continued success, the Head of Department at this thriving company needs additional support and is looking to hire a super-organised, proactive Senior Administrator to help!

Senior Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Offer hands-on experience to the Head of Department, supporting with all administration-related tasks
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to introduce and implement change across the operations team
  • Undertake all admin duties, including answering phones, taking messages, handling emails, filing, and arranging meetings
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, on hand to answer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Address escalated queries and issues
  • Support customers with their applications, ensuring all obtained documents are correct and complete, per guidelines
  • Utilise the CRM to raise relevant documentation and maintain and update customer records
  • Process customer applications and complete payout processes and diligence
  • Complete internal compliance checks and KYC checks
  • Assist the sales team with administration tasks to support a smooth, positive customer journey

Senior Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrates excellent administration skills, with considerable experience gained as an Administrator
  • Experience working within a regulated industry would be advantageous
  • Must hold grade A-C GCSEs, and a qualification in business or finance would be beneficial
  • Has an understanding and appreciation of compliance and is confident working with sensitive information
  • Possesses a basic understanding of accounting
  • Customer-focused, confident liaising with customers and always looks for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Exceptional organisation and time keeping skills, can adapt and prioritise as required
  • Superb communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Proactive and professional approach to work, with a can-do attitude and keen eye for detail
  • IT literate, skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
