International Customer Administrator

Our client is a leading global multi-modal freight forwarder & parcel distribution company and are expanding their team at their head office. They are looking for an International Customer administrator to join their driven team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the portfolio of existing international customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and respond promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Produce quotes for customers and provide troubleshooting advice for systems and label printing.
  • Liaise with the China office regularly for import and export queries
  • Develop relationships and partnerships with new and existing customers.
  • Work towards achieving individual targets and KPI's and contribute to business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate effectiveness.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills over telephone and face to face.
  • Detail driven and adherence to deadlines.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent team-worker with drive and enthusiasm.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
