Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage all aspects of employee relations
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance issues
  • Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
  • Manage training and development initiatives
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters
  • Support the HR Manager with various projects as required
  • Provide advice and guidance to staff and management on HR issues

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Prior experience in an HR role within the industrial / manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion
