Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage all aspects of employee relations
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance issues
- Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
- Manage training and development initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters
- Support the HR Manager with various projects as required
- Provide advice and guidance to staff and management on HR issues
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Prior experience in an HR role within the industrial / manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion
