- Issuing all equipment and chemical quotes, responding to all chemical RFQs, and managing the CRM for quotes.
- Obtaining customer feedback and conducting chemical order contract reviews.
- Performing customer satisfaction surveys and reporting on sales activities monthly.
Outbound Sales
- Telephone calls to set up meetings, presenting products and services, and reporting back to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborating with distributors and regional representatives worldwide.
- Participating in conferences as required.
- Controlling and creating marketing materials to support the wider sales team.
