We have an exciting opportunity for Parts Business Development Manager to join a well-established company located in Thetford.
Our client is proud to be the UK's largest Iveco Dealer Group & Fiat Van Dealer, they have been a family owned and run business for over a century and offer all commercial Vehicle Solutions.
This is a permanent Position.
Working Hours
42.5 Basic Weekly Hours.
Start and Finish times to be confirmed.
Monday to Friday.
Pay
£28,000 per Annum
Main Duties and Responsibilities of a Parts Business Development Manager -
- Dealing with customers promptly and exceeding customer expectations both face to face and via the telephone.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Development of increasing both the sales and recognition of the brand in the respective areas covered.
- Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of the team objectives.
- Excellent organisational skills in a customer service environment
Desired Skills of Parts Business Development Manager-
- Prior knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Have a good understanding of the sales process and success in closing the sale
- Computer literate (word, excel, CRM and outlook).
- Excellent administration skills.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
