Job title: Facilities Assistant
Salary: Up 30k
Location: Hoddesdon
My client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join their team, this is a 6 month FTC contract but with a possibility of extension. You will be assisting the facilities team focusing on minor repair works building fabric, such as door handles, lights and compliance testing.
Duties:
- Liaising with contractors and vendors
- Assist management team with daily tasks linked to site and production.
- Travelling offsite to collect supplies
- Familarise with all emergency/fire procedures
- Help to maintain a safe working environment
- Provide good customer service
- Attend client meetings
- Order and deliver refreshments
- Update the weekly calendar
- Admin duties - photocopying, printing, and laminating.
