Kelly Services are looking for a MIG Welder on a temp | temp to perm basis based in Wigston Magna, Leicestershire.
£14.50 per hour.
8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
MIG Welder Duties
- Perform MIG welding tasks according to specifications and drawings.
- Assemble and fabricate metal components using welding techniques.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet standards and specifications.
- Operate power tools and hand tools necessary for welding and fabrication.
- Read and interpret drawings, and welding symbols.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding
- Proficient in welding techniques, including MIG and Sheet metal welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, and welding symbols
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in welding and fabrication
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
