Job Details
- Band 6 RMN with community experience to manage a defined caseload for older adults with dementia. Full JD is available upon request.
- Minimum 3 month contract with the option to extend.
- 4 days a week 07:30 to 17:30
Position Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
- UK Drivers Licence
