My client is a boutique financial advice business who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across the UK. The business has c.12 staff overall with 6 Advisers who work with retirees, City professionals, families, SME owners with varying levels of assets ranging from £200k - multiple millions. The business has very ambitious plans to expand and grow so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking business then this will be the right career move for you.

The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role within the business for Paraplanner who is diploma qualified or close to completion. You will be working closely with 6 advisers in the business and reporting to a Paraplanning Lead. You will get to attend client meetings and work with some technical cases with clients who have very substantial assets to invest. The Directors are very open with regards to what they can offer a candidate career-wise. The role would be suitable for a Paraplanner who level 4 diploma is qualified or close to completion and is looking to study towards Chartered status.

If you aspire to progress to be a Financial Planner, then they can offer this route for you. The firm is growing following numerous recommendations and referrals so the there is a genuine route for the right candidate who shows promise to be advising. The Directors are looking to offer £35k - £45k basic salary depending on your experience levels. They would like someone to be office based to begin with but then you can WFH 2 days per week once you are established in the business.
