Group Sales Support Manager - Stadia & Concessions

This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's.

To contribute to the sustained growth of Conference & Events turnover by supporting the sales function across the division, this role directly supports the individual Venue Sales teams and the Group National Sales Manager.

This position is fully remote.

What you'll be doing...

Your key responsibilities as the Group Sales Support Manager will consist of:

  • Contribute to the annual site conference and event sales budget and business plan
  • Ensures offers and initiatives are implemented to deliver growth, profitability and continuous improvement
  • Supports in the creation of the conference and event business plan
  • Supports the venue sales teams across the UK with the sales lifecycle, specifically but not limited to the below:

o Supporting the venue teams by completing function sheets, invoices, contracts, and proposals to clients
o Chase provisional bookings across the business to drive confirmed business
o Completing final details appointments where required
o Being a customer facing point of contact during busy periods at specific venues (virtually, phone, teams, email etc)

  • Research and identify individual, organisational, and business targets to support the development of new sales opportunities for the Group National Sales Manager to follow up on
  • Help to configure the CRM system to consistently improve user experience (both internal and external) and drive brand standards
  • Support the Group National Sales Manager with national sales campaigns
  • Support the debt management process by chasing for payments, ensuring these have been received and allocated to specific bookings
  • Support the management of suppliers and invoicing
  • Supporting the growth of 'Venuelior' & 'Food Smiths' brand (the national conference and events sales brands)
  • Help with the creation of marketing collateral across the business as and when required
  • Provide general admin support as required across the sales function

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 25hours

A salary of £32,000 per annum (pro-rata), 28 days holiday*, life assurance, a workplace pension & free lunches on site

  • Pro rata, incl. bank holidays
