What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling queries, administering policies, offering support across all insurance products, planning and processing mid-term adjustments, contributing to team goals, suggesting improvements to work systems, maintaining brand standards, keeping your knowledge up-to-date, and adhering to company rules.

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service dealing with queries and administering policies
  • Offer support via the full range of Insurance products provided by the company in connection with customer requirements and needs for Adjustments and Claims support
  • Plan and process mid-term adjustments and customer service queries efficiently
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team goals by developing effective relationships internally and externally
  • Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines
