We are currently working in partnership with a large Not-For-Profit Organisation who are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in Warwickshire, with hybrid working (one day per week from home) and a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will be confident liaising with senior staff and stakeholders including CEOs and be able to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the Finance Manager to deliver financial services across two business areas
- Overseeing cash management, reconciliation and weekly postings
- Preparing and posting monthly operations recharges and stock balances
- Supporting on annual statutory audit processes
- Dealing with queries from staff and other sources
- Posting income onto Sage 200
- Processing monthly profit and loss on foreign currency accounts
- Raising sales invoices and performing credit control duties
- Balancing cashbooks daily

Working hours:
- 36.5 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am-4:30pm and Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
