English Teaching role Available! Are you free until the end of the academic year? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated English Teacher to join a team on a temporary basis within a secondary school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and be able to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. This vacancy is located in the Stockton area.
Your new role
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students- Manage the classroom and ensure that students are engaged and motivated
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment for students
- Mark and assess student work
- Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
What you'll need to succeed
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is required- Specialism in English is essential
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
