Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days a week in London)
The Role:
- Tailor and configure Salesforce to support the organisations specific needs, including overseeing user profiles, permissions, and data access.
- Create and conduct training sessions for users, including developing helpful materials and offering personalised support when needed.
- Diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues, addressing data, functionality, and performance challenges as they arise.
- Track and optimise Salesforce performance, monitoring usage patterns, spotting opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions.
- Keep current with Salesforce updates by attending training, reviewing industry news, and engaging in professional communities.
