This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing roofing contractor working on a variety of refurbishment and new build projects. This is a site and office-based role, and will involve work on both JCT and NEC forms of contract.
The company has been established for over 15 years and is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to its one-person commercial team after a stable period of organic growth. You will enjoy a steady book of work, as part of a friendly team. Long term, you'll benefit from great job satisfaction within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
- Working on both JCT and NEC forms of contract
- Client and site visits
- General Quantity Surveying duties
The successful Quantity Surveyor will need:
- Background in Quantity Surveying
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Commutable to Manchester and the M62 corridor
- Experience in the roofing sector is desirable but not essential
- Full UK working rights
