Duties will include the establishment and cultivation of relationships with vital colleagues and stakeholders, including:
o Risk Management and Compliance
o Information Technology and Digital Management
o Reporting Business Entity
o Team Operations
o Insurance Broking Authority (IBA)
o Premium Processing (including Pro)
o Claims Management
- Preparing placement documentation, ensuring adherence to minimum standards and releva.nt market compliance procedures.
- Supervise the service delivery by third-party providers.
- Maintain knowledge of end-to-end processes related to IBA, Premium Processing, Claims, and all middle office duties.
- Initiate and supervise premium processing operations, assisting processing technicians in resolving queries as necessary.
- Maintain an accurate and compliant record of placements.
- Utilise pertinent market and internal systems to facilitate the placement process.
- Support the internal File Audit process, collaborating with the File Review and Internal Audit team as required.
- Collaborate with clients and brokers to address Cash & Credit Control issues, identify root causes of recurring problems, and suggest process changes to drive enhancements.
