About The Role
We are looking for an external/internal janitor handyman who will be responsible for the general tidiness of the site.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00, 40 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Duties:
- Ensure that the waste bins are taken out from resident's bin stores in time for daily collections.
- Carry out litter picking and cleaning public waste bins daily
- Power washing external footpaths
- Graffiti removal and various other tasks as required.
- Weekly carpark cleaning using scrubber dryer
- Deal with any as and when requests from client.
- Some internal work at clients request painting, replacing skirtings, replacing locks on doors etc
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- A full UK driving licence essential to drive the utility vehicle
- Self-motivation with the ability to use own initiative
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and team-working skills
