Your role and responsibilities would include:
- Take ownership of accounts for several B2C and B2B brands
- Create, launch and manage PPC campaigns for these brands
- Generate quality leads by targeting specific demographics and interests relevant to our brands
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data, employing A/B testing and other techniques to maximise ROI
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated spend limits
- Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders to align digital strategies with overarching business goals
- Analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and opportunities in the travel industry
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, applying new techniques to enhance campaign performance
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in managing PPC campaigns - experience in the travel industry (agency or in-house) is a plus
- Strong proficiency in using Google Ads and Bing Ads online interfaces and desktop editors.
- Confident in utilising different paid networks and different campaign types such as manual CPC, smart bidding, etc
- Experience in synchronising Google Ads with Bing Ads accounts
- An undergraduate university degree appropriate for the position
- Proven experience with market research and utilisation of data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites
