HR Administrator

A unique opportunity has arisen with an award wining, dynamic and professional company within Ipswich. We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join their experienced and well regarded team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contractual paperwork for interns, apprentices and trainee's
  • Assist the early careers team with the administrative elements of apprenticeship programmes including recruitment, onboarding and processing team changes.
  • Assist with logistics for careers fairs, interviews and trainee events.
  • Make-up and maintain electronic employee files and archive when appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support on HR projects as required.
  • Administration of the firms benefits for car park, eye care, gym membership and season ticket loans.
  • Production of scheduled and ad hoc letters e.g. probation confirmation, ad hoc award letters.
  • Assisting with process improvement
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Prepare reports for holiday, cancel /amend holiday requests.
  • Log sickness and ensure completion of employee certification process.
  • Ad-hoc reports as necessary.- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Experience:

  • Essential - It is essential you have worked within HR previously, minimum of one year.
  • Professional attitude and good work ethic
  • Strong administration skills
