Key Responsibilities
- Advise on legal and commercial aspects of various commercial and financial disputes, litigation, and arbitrations.
- Work on investigations and enforcement actions initiated by regulators, including cross-border matters.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, supporting client development and the firm's visibility.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, including trainees.
