"Halcyon Care Northwest are excited and proud to be working alongside a family-owned children's residential care provider based in Blackpool, who's number one priority is to provide the highest quality of care to children and young people, in modern, vibrant homes across the Northwest. The company's director has a decorated history in social housing and children's services and wanted to "Break the mould" of children's services of today, whilst always ensuring the children are put first.

Their flagship service has been open for a little over a year and a half and is currently rated "Good" with Ofsted. The property is a stunning, detached, 3-bed home, giving children with emotional behavioural needs the right setting and support they need to help grow into young independent adults. The Responsible Individual has over 25 years of experience in the social care sector, operating at a senior management level, offering invaluable support and knowledge to the structure and running of the company and the home.

As the Registered Manager of this stunning home, you will be working closely with the RI and the Director to build a strong confident team around you, enabling you to provide the highest levels of care possible to the children you support. Having a sound knowledge around Ofsted regulations is key and you will have a great opportunity to learn from your senior management team, to help you progress your knowledge and skills.

In return for your full commitment to the role, you will be offered a basic salary of £55,000 plus a bonus, which is to be discussed with your director. The role comes with a generous benefits package and working schedule, as the director understands and appreciates how important a work life balance is. This role is open to both experienced Deputy Managers (Must be studying or have achieved your Level 5) and current Registered Managers.
