We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant, based in the North West, with comprehensive 360 recruitment experience within the Health & Social Care sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and manage a permanent desk within Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Management: Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • 360 Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience within the Health & Social Care sector.
  • Strong background in managing permanent desks, particularly in Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
