Sewell Wallis are recruiting a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a global creative company that pride themselves on their personal tailored services. You will be joining a small team to deliver an outstanding service for customers and suppliers.
The company is based just north of Chesterfield, just off the motorway, perfect for those driving.
You will need to be available immediately and have 2/3 months' availability.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and updating the purchase ledger.
- Processing invoices and receipts.
- Payment runs.
- Maintaining cashbook records.
- Reconciliation of month-end accounts.
- Handling any supplier queries by phone or email.
What skills are we looking for?
- Have previous experience within Purchase Ledger.
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A clean driving license or the ability to get to Chesterfield (S41) easily.
