We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our client on a temporary basis. This role involves parsing candidates, formatting CVs in bulk, and importing candidate information onto our CRM system. There may also be opportunities to screen candidates. This position is based in Kingston and offers the potential for an extended duration beyond the initial one-month term.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Parsing candidate information accurately and efficiently.
  • Formatting a high volume of CVs to company standards.
  • Importing and managing candidate data within the CRM system.
  • Potentially conducting initial screening of candidates to assess suitability for roles.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in CV formatting and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is advantageous.
