Description
- Supporting 2 schools through a data migration as they become a part of an Academy Trust group as a part of the TUPE process.
- File auditing, and supporting with missing data issues.
- Collating and checking missing data issues.
- Data checking - uploading relevant data to 'Every', as well as keeping the SCR up to date.
- DBS checks.
- Supporting with onboarding (starters and leavers).
Profile
A successful HR Officer should:
- have experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the education sector.
- have confidence working with data within HR (HRIS, SCR)
- be immediately available for work.
- good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
