Job Description: As a school caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and security of school premises. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are clean and well-maintained.
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Managing security by locking and unlocking buildings and monitoring access.
- Assisting with setting up rooms for events and activities.
- Reporting any issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and evenings.
