The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a national corporate finance firm that offers a range of advisory services to multinationals and SMEs, including M&A, debt advisory and transaction services. The Assistant Manager will support the Corporate Finance Partner in providing strategic guidance to clients, executing transactions, managing relationships and supporting junior team members.
The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA, you will have experience in M&A and/or corporate finance, and have some experience mentoring/coaching junior staff. You will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will preferably have had exposure to transaction and/or debt advisory.
