Role: Carpenter
Location: Northampton, NN7 2QA
Hours: 07:00 - 17:00
Duration: 3 Days
We are seeking an experienced carpenter for a three-day project to assist with essential site work, including building steps and light shuttering. Additional duties will include general carpentry tasks typical of a construction environment, such as:
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood or other materials
- Installing framework, doors, windows, and other structures as required
- Ensuring all work meets site specifications and quality standards
- Working with other team members to maintain site cleanliness and organization
- Performing basic repairs and adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction carpentry, especially with step building and shuttering
- Must have own tools
- Ability to interpret construction plans and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
