Key Responsibilities:

- Support learners in achieving their qualifications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Stay up to date with curriculum changes and best practices.
Person Specification:
- Teaching qualification (Level 4 or 5) or relevant subject expertise.
- Experience in delivering effective training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to track learner progress and assess against criteria.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A clean DBS check is mandatory.
