We're recruiting for a?Learning & Development Advisor?to join our Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) team.
This position will work closely with the HR team and the business to advise, identify and coordinate appropriate learning and development activity to increase people capability across the PPF. These activities will be part of our organisational plans and business areas priorities and will include development initiatives aligned to our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.??
As well as being the first point of contact for all learning and development enquiries this role will be responsible for managing our internal development programmes and our dedicated schedule of events (whilst working closely with external partners). This role will also involve some facilitation of internal workshops and coaching / mentoring responsibilities. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to oversee our apprenticeship programmes that includes interacting with apprentices, line managers and training providers.
Our ideal applicant will be CIPD qualified / working towards (within a HR or L&D focus) or equivalent, with proven generalist learning and development experience of managing initiatives and events from start to finish. Applicants will be able to demonstrate taking a collaborative approach in planning and implementing training / coaching programmes, including experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders such as 3rd party suppliers. Finally, we expect you to be comfortable working autonomously or in a small, close-knit team.
