JOB- Contracts Officer
LOCATION- North Devon
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £32,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience; please advise)

My engineering Client are looking to take on a Commercial Contracts Officer on a permanent basis in the North Devon area.
The Commercial Contracts Officer
will ideally have the following attributes:
- Previous experience working in a commercial contract environment
- A relevant Degree qualification or similar in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field would be preferred
- Have excellent knowledge of contractual documentation
- Knowledge of terms and conditions and also pricing
- Experience in both negotiation and bid preparation
- Have good communication skills both verbal and written
- Be confident in developing business relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good proficiency with using Microsoft Office
- Have the ability to work well under pressure
The Commercial Contracts Officer role will involve:
- Working closely with and supporting the Commercial Manager
- Taking responsibility for Commercial Contracts
- Being involved in both internal and external meetings
- Producing change notes
- Being involved in business and also financial planning
- Commercial contract administration
- Checking that contractual elements are carried out
- Working with attention to detail
